Shipping Policy

Handcrafted Treasures completes orders based on the time it takes to create your custom order.  These times are generally on the product page for each product.  We are a San Antonio, Texas-based company.  

1.  If you are local to the area, we offer free in-store pick-up at 5504 Bandera Rd. #201, San Antonio, Texas 78249.

2. If you are local to the area and within Bexar County, we can offer delivery to your address, which is also free of charge.

3. All shipping costs will be calculated at the time of Check-out based on weight and USPS standard pricing.  The purchaser is responsible for paying the shipping charge(s).

4. We do not ship internationally at this time.

5. If there are any delays in the completion of your custom order, we will contact you directly.
